After meeting Clayton through a family member, we decided to do a total kitchen reno that was long overdue. Clayton provided us with a detailed cost estimate with project duration before work began. He provided samples and pictures to get us started, and recommended suppliers for cabinets, appliances and flooring. All of his suggestions were very helpful and he has a good eye for design and colour combinations. After work began, we changed the scope somewhat and that was no problem. Clayton is a perfectionist and his work is meticulous--you can tell he takes great pride in his work. His subcontractors did top-notch work as well. The only extra costs to the budget were items we requested after work had begun. Some time later we needed a complete reno of our ensuite bathroom and exterior window replacement in 4 rooms and we called Clayton. We were 110% satisfied -- he went above and beyond to give us the best possible results. And his tile work is amazing. We definitely recommend Clayton for any home renovation.

CDM LTD did renovations work in our condo in 2009. I actually ended up delivering our first child prematurely during the time of renovations and had an extended stay in hospital with our premature baby. Clayton and his team were amazing at respecting this sudden event, whilst still being able to continue the work and communicating discretely and appropriately with us. Not only was the work technically excellent, and exactly what we wanted, we really appreciated the extra mile he and his team went to.
